Nobody wants the first-mover disadvantage. No need to rush. Let others work out the kinks, then drop the new product...even if everything is already on YouTube and a single portal would probably get more ad revenue than many niche sites. I don't like that some bands I looked for weren't there (what? no Flesh for Lulu?). I do like the audio and video quality. Well, you know the music industry.
