Sam, unless I’m missing something there aren’t any special rules – anything you download you keep. The equipment is small but doable hassle, I would think.

I would pay that if:
1. Included ALL the music I care about. (Beatles + DG classical)
2. Bit rate was 256 kbps or BETTER.

Already subscribe to eMusic for $130+ per year.

I would pay even more for FLAC.
