		<description>I believe it is a perfect time for these professionals -- the ones who have been laid off; those who know or have a gut feeling they are next in line; as well as those who feel secure for now but, nonetheless, feel that it&#039;s always good to be prepared for the worst -- to learn &quot;how to virtual organize their social network&quot; using time-tested and proven best practices instead of doing it by the seat of their pants.   Better late than never.
