		<description>I think the public (and I include myself) has only a vague idea of what separates legitimate venture funding, followed by IPO and founder buy-outs from a Ponzi scheme.

Of late, I&#039;m convinced that confusion of the two is not confined to casual investors.

Maybe recent events will serve as an education. 
 
Unfortunately some good ideas will be held back in the process, along with the bad ones.</description>
