Just scanned the 81 pages. Word “affiliate” does not appear.

I’m hoping a raw affiliate link (not cloaked) is considered obvious as a relationship with the merchant, and an endorsement of the product.

If you write a full review, you will have to disclose.

The new rules seem to have created more questions than answers.

They finally made the announcement today. However, they were extremely vague on almost everything except how much they would fine you if you didn’t comply.

I still have no idea of what is required. Do I need to put a disclaimer on every single page of my site where I link out?

My gut reaction is just to take down my blog completely.
