		<description>“retransmission fees” sounds like an excuse to raise your monthly bill for a service many people may not want, but will be forced to pay for anyway. Imagine Facebook or Twitter charging an ISP for access to it&#039;s site, and those fees being forced upon consumers via their monthly internet bill. Of course, that&#039;s how cable TV works right now, paying for channels I don&#039;t want.</description>
