		<description>A third possibility is that the Nielsen numbers are as crappy as they&#039;ve always been.  For decades I&#039;ve been amused that their metric is &quot;time spent viewing&quot; when a better description is &quot;time TV is on.&quot;  If you are multitasking or if you have the TV on as video wallpaper, you&#039;re not &quot;wviewing TV&quot; in any way an advertiser cares about.</description>
