Seeqpod Offers Free Music, but Its Lawyers Don’t Come Cheap

Just ask the folks at Seeqpod, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last week. The company’s biggest expense: Lawyers to help it fend off copyright lawsuits from the big music labels.

The New York Times Slaps Another Web Wrist

The latest example: The paper has asked design blog Apartment Therapy to unpublish all the Times’s photos it has run so far this year.
